THE JAMAICA ACTION PARTY

The aim of the Jamaica Action Party (JAP) is to build an  equitable society in which all persons can feel that they have a vested interest in the wellbeing of this country and its people. Protection of all citizens and the provision of justice for those who have been wronged will be the top priority of  a JAP government. We will take the necessary steps to ensure that all citizens can be safe regardless of wherever they live or wherever they travel to. The provision of adequate security measures and a proper justice system will take priority  over all else. Strong measures must be taken to stop the  sense of indiscipline and free for all in all sectors of the society, as without discipline the desired results will never be achieved.  Educating  the populace on their rights, responsibility and the functioning of society to ensure that they are informed and is in a position to make the best possible decisions, will be actively pursued at all levels.
The focus of JAP is on ideas and plans to improve the standard and quality of  life for all  Jamaicans and not on  personalities. JAP will seek to establish a broad base government with diverse representation from all sectors of the society. There will be a strong focus at the community level so as to ensure that they can grow into beautiful harmonious communities to give us the country that we all desire.
