Good relations with other countries are of utmost importance and must be based upon shared mutual respect. Mutually beneficial agreements will be pursued with other countries. Every attempt will be made to maintain good relations with all countries. JAP will take steps to register our nationals overseas and ensure that they are treated fairly and humanely at all times. We will also ensure that foreign national here are similarly treated. Appropriate actions will be taken whenever the rights  of our citizens living or visiting overseas are breach or if they are mistreated in any way.
