The uncertainty in the cost and supply of fuel make it very important for us to look toward renewable and cheaper
sources of energy. Too often there is a push toward it when the cost of fuel goes up but goes away once the price
has dropped as it has at present. Cheaper and more sustainable forms of energy must be pursued regardless of
the cost of oil. At the same time it is important for us to look at ways of reducing the amount of energy that we
consume. The effort to replace older generating unit and use cheaper and cleaner fuel will be continued.
Expansion of generation of renewable energy willl be expanded so as to make energy cheaper and cut the import
of fuel.
A rivival of the train service needs to be looked at as this servicee is more efficient for the transfer of both people
and goods. It uses less energy and prevents the clutter and wear and teat on our roads.
